SSMS volleyball splits with Paris

Oct. 5, 2007 - The SSMS Lady Cats volleyball team split their games against Paris on Thursday night.

The 'A' team lost by scores of 25-12 and 25-12 as Reagan Humphries led the team in serving with four points and five hits. Lindsey McCormack had three service points, Gracie Cable had 10 passes while Victoria Calhoun had eight passes and Jessica Horton led the team with 19 sets.

In the 'B' team game, the Lady Cats won 25-21 and 25-21 as Melinda Escobar had 11 service points. Katie Stewart had eight points and Alex Darden had four points.

The Lady Cats will travel to Emory on Saturday for a tournament.
