|Coopers' defense turns up the heat on Harmony|

Sept. 9, 2006 - The Cooper defense held Harmony to just a little over 100 total yards and six first downs, and Ron Morris gave the Bulldogs all the offense they would need in a 7-0 victory on Friday.
Morris scored the game's only TD with 10:32 to play in the second quarter on a 3-yard run. He finished with 46 yards on 24 carries, while quarterback Adrian Migura had 84 yards rushing on 13 totes. Migura also completed 4-of-16 passes for 61 yards and four interceptions.
Cooper (1-1) had 144 yards rushing on 42 carries and were penalized nine times for 67 yards.
Cooper came up with seven turnovers - two fumble recoveries each by Ellis Hinsley and Jackson Scholta, one fumble recovery by Trey Harmon and interceptions by Travis Williams and Chris Burden. The defense, led by Hinsley's 12 tackles and Williams' eight stops, limited Harmony to 20 yards rushing on 20 carries and 91 yards passing.
