All nine NH starters make All-District

May 22, 2004 -- After going undefeated in District 11-1A play, every starter for the North Hopkins Lady Panthers made First Team All-District, led by junior pitcher Lacie Palmer, who was named Most Valuable Player of the league.

The Lady Panthers went 8-0 in district play, 15-10 on the season, winning district, bi-district and area championships.

Palmer, a control pitcher, led the team's honorees.

The First Team infield included senior Hannah Hankins at catcher, senior Lindsey Horne at first base, senior Hope Harber at third base, junior Sara Weir at shortstop and sophomore Ashley Wilson at second.

Making First Team outfield was senior Scarlet Thompson in left, senior Mary Casey in center and sophomore Megan Baxter in right.

Freshman Chancey Harber was an Honorable Mention selection.
