Deadline for early entry to Milk Run is Monday
From Staff Reports
Jun 3, 2007 - Registration is under way for next Saturday's 8th Annual Milk Day Run, and those registering for the Dairy Festival event by June 4 can still get in on the $15 early entry fee.
Those registering after Monday will have to pay an extra $3 for adults.
Kids planning to make the 1K Kids Run/Walk will only have to pay a $10 fee. Parents must signs the entry before any child under the age of 18 will be allowed to participate.
No entry fees will be refunded. Early registration also helps the group know how many and what sizes of shirts to order.
Those planning to participate this year will want to note that the location for the walk has changed. Report to Sulphur Springs Coleman Park Athletic Complex, located in the park, just off West Industrial Drive on Gossett Lane.
The event is actually a 5-kilometer walk or run and the 1K Kids Run/Walk held annually in conjunction with Hopkins County Dairy Festival.
