Registration is tomorrow at PJC-Sulphur Springs Center for Thursday GED tests
From Staff Reports
July 16, 2007 - General Educational Development registration will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17 at the Paris Junior College-Sulphur Springs Center.
This is not a come-and-go GED registration, so applicants must be at the Center, located at 1200 Houston St. (next to Hopkins County Regional Civic Center), at 1 p.m. to register.
Registration typically takes between two to three hours to complete.
Applicants need to bring a valid, government-issued photo identification card, preferably a driver’s license, with proof of Texas residency.
The fee for all five tests is $60. For those retesting, there is a $12 fee per test.
Children are not allowed in the registration or test room, and no childcare is provided.
The GED test will be given on Thursday, July 19. If pre-registration is not completed on July 17, candidates will not be allowed to test on July 19.
