PJC system enrollment sets record

Enrollment at Paris Junior College continues to grow and set records, according to the latest figures released for fall enrollment.

Enrollment at all PJC campuses has reached a record 4,350 and indicates a growth of almost 200 students over the last two years.

Included in the student population of the college are 782 high school students who are enrolled in dual credit courses at PJC. These students represent high schools in Sulphur Springs and throughout the PJC service area.

Contact hour numbers, the representation of the number of classes in which students are enrolled, are also up slightly, from 977,392 hours last fall to 986,728 this year.
