Grand jury returns 32 indictments in final October session

Nov. 6, 2005 -- A Hopkins County grand jury, meeting in the final session for October, returned 32 felony indictments for offenses ranging from escape to theft of livestock, drug possession and felony driving while intoxicated.

Those indicted include:

  • Anthony Edwin Wilkins -- Theft of livestock
  • Robert Charles Vaughn -- Driving while intoxicated (felony)
  • Michael Dewayne Robinson -- Escape
  • Carlton Leroy Robinson -- Permitting or facilitating escape
  • Larry Mack Coleman -- Permitting or facilitating escape
  • Tammy Lynn Wilson -- Permitting or facilitating escape
  • Albino Zepeta Solis -- Driving while intoxicated (felony)
  • Felipe Joel Gonzalez -- Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana
  • Gary D. Gillispie -- Possession of a controlled substance
  • Jack Martin Hall -- Possession of a controlled substance
  • Charles Travis Kennington -- Possession of a controlled substance
  • Charles Travis Kennington -- Possession of a controlled substance
  • Kristi Lynn Petrea -- Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver or manufacture
  • Leslie Deann Davis -- Interference with child custody
  • n Javier Delgado Torres  a.k.a. Armando Ortega Gutierrez -- Driving while intoxicated (felony)
  • Paula Hare Posey -- Burglary of a building
  • Lisa Marie Pruiett -- Burglary of a habitation
  • Shadrick Odell Pryor -- Forgery
  • Wilma Murray Maynard -- Forgery
  • Heath Wayne Yarbrough -- Forgery
  • Crystal Danielle Dees -- Forgery

  • Santana Shandrea Riley-- DWI with child passenger
  • Jesus Abdiel Chavez -- Possession of a controlled substance

  • Heather Dawn Waddle -- Possession of a controlled substance
  • Nona Kay Kelley -- Possession of a controlled substance
  • Eddie Dean Woodson -- Possession of a controlled substance
  • Joe Dan Whitworth, Jr. -- Possession of a controlled substance
  • Eric Terrill Hargraves -- Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana

When someone is indicted by a grand jury, they are merely charged with a crime. It should not be considered as evidence of either guilt or innocence.
