May grand jury indictments total 21

May 21, 2004 -- At the conclusion of its May session, a Hopkins County Grand Jury handed up six felony indictments alleging delivery of a controlled substance along with indictments for deadly conduct, injury to a child and possession of marijuana.

Those indicted include:

  • Anthony Stephen Jenkins -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information
  • Anthony Stephen Jenkins -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information
  • Richard Allen Hernandez -- Forgery
  • Matthew Nelson Foster -- Deadly conduct
  • John William Davis -- Injury to a child
  • Cory Shawn Powell -- Aggravated robbery
  • Ronni Wade Ewalt -- Injury to a child
  • Gregory Deene Malone -- Possession of marijuana
  • Nikolas Jamall McClint -- Possession of marijuana
  • Antonio Ignacio Cruz -- Possession of marijuana
  • Rudy Gallegos -- Possession of marijuana
  • Eduardo Torres Garcia -- Evading arrest
