"We finally got a win! The girls truly deserved it. We recently took a different approach with our offense and it is working well for us. It is not always a good idea to make a big change this late in district play, but we had to do something and the girls were up for the challenge," said Sulphur Bluff Lady Bear head volleyball coach Dee Ann Evans. "With that challenge, we got our first district win against Dodd City. It felt good to get a win, and the girls finally got a little taste of victory. They truly deserved it, with the 100 percent effort that they have given. They "finished strong"  which is the quote that I decided to put on the back of our travel t-shirt for the whole year."
