Workouts incorporate many different areas of fitness: kickboxing, weight training, circuits, yoga, cardiovascular conditioning, and more. P31 Fitness includes all areas of health: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, and was founded upon the principles of the Proverbs 31 Woman.

New sessions begin every four weeks. Along with the expansion, Curtis will be adding more classes in September. In the first summer bootcamp Curtis' P31 Fitness turned out over 100 participants at Buford Park, and she had 81 in the second bootcamp that began at 5:15 a.m and 6:30 a.m.  The boot camps are over, but the P31 classes will begin Monday, Aug. 10 and will be held at Buford Park by the new skate park. Participants are asked to bring a towel, mat, hand weights and a water bottle.

To register go to the P31 Fitness website at www.p31fitness.com. Each class is a time that women can push one another to their full potential,

hold one another accountable, learn from one another, and enjoy their fitness experience.

How it got its name? P31 Fitness, LLC was founded on the principles of "The Proverbs 31 Woman" described in the bible. By properly taking care of personal health, with fitness, women are given the strength and ability to love and care for the people in their lives.

Curtis has been the head volleyball coach for Sulphur Springs High School, where she enjoyed working with kids in the classroom and in athletics. Currently, she is making plans to be a stay at home mom with a baby daughter on the way, due August 16.
