Physicals to be offered April 26

April 26 is the date choosen for the annual physicals. It will begin Sunday afternoon starting at 2 p.m. and ending at 3 p.m.

It is a first come, first serve basis. The location will be at the Sulphur Springs High School gym.

Several doctors are donating their time to offer physicals at a special discounted price of $15. If there is a financial concern please contact Coach Owens or Coach Carrell. Checks should be made payable to SSISD.

The doctors donate the money back to the Athletic Training fund to help purchase much needed equipment. The school has been able to purchase a new SCI FIT bike.

This bike enables the student athletes to work not only the lower body but the upper body as well.

This enables trainers to give treatments to athletes that have gone to the doctor, and the doctor has requested it, plus it is only be used under doctor's orders.

This piece of equipment saves time and money. The donations have also funded necessary supplies such as tape, band-aids, and various other items.
