Sulphur Springs won 2-0 in varsity girls soccer action played at home Tuesday against Lindale.

“The Lady Cats overcame a determined Lindale team. The Lady Cats defense withstood the early Lindale barrage. Pierce opened the scoring off an assist by Grafton. Lindale hung around and made it a game until Sanchez scored on an assist from Irving,” said Jesus DeLeon, Sulphur Springs head girls soccer coach.
