Saltillo Lions play Roxton at 7 p.m. in Prairiland for bi-district title for Conference 1A Division II.
Sulphur Bluff Bears will play Ector at 7 p.m. in Prairiland for bi-district title for Conference 1A Division II. Winner will play Avinger in next round.

Yantis Owls play Trenton at 7 p.m. in Commerce for bi-district title for Conference 1A Division I. Winner will play Avery in next round.

Sulphur Springs boys vs. Jacksonville, 6:30 p.m. Wagstaff Gymnasium, Tyler Junior College, part of doubleheader, second game Lindale vs. Longview.

registration ends Feb. 28
Registration for Sulphur Springs baseball will end on Feb. 28.
Persons interested in league play for boys ages 5-14 (as of May 1) should stop by Fieldhouse sports.

to host state qualifier
The American the Beautiful Invitational is the name of the gymnastics competition which will be held Feb. 28-Mar. 1 at Sulphur Springs Gymnastics.

In recent doubles action the Sulphur Springs team- Zach Adams/ Robert Stevens beat McCormack/Robinson  Wills Point 6-4 6-1 to win doubles championship, Dakota Painter/ Dillon Smith lost to McCormack/ Robinson 8-0 in championship semifinals and lost to Sengalal/Sierra of Fort Worth Poly Tech 10-7 in the match for third and fourth places, Miguel Iberra/ Blake Williams were defeated in consolation quarter finals by Beistel/Vaderas Terrell 8-2. Tyler Klegg/ Josh Wilson was defeated in semifinals of consolation 8-2 by Reel/ Stevens Royce City. Girls Doubles-Karen Mora/ Alejandra Lira finished third in championship bracket def Sanches/Reyna of Fort Worth Poly Tech.
In mixed doubles- Kadi Moore/Garrett Swatsell took  third place in the championship bracket by downing Mulkey/Honeycut 7-6 6-3.
“The team finished a strong second only six points behind first place Wills Point. This was a complete team effort and a great showing for the wildcat tennis team,” said coach James Lovett.
