The Sulphur Springs Lady Cats host Marshall today in district volleyball action set for the high school gym.
The freshmen, junior varsity and varsity will begin play at 4:30 p.m.

It will be Senior Night with players to be honored for the start of the varsity game at 6:30 p.m.
The seniors for this group are Dillie Collins, Shakoja Debase, Taja Evans, Kiara Johnson, Macy Johnston, Chaliyah Moore, Kennedy Potts, and Destiny Wade.
“It has been a blessing and privilege to coach this group of young ladies,” said Michelle Namanny, Sulphur Springs head volleyball coach. “I've only been with them for a year as their head coach, and I wish I could have them for another three years.  They are great teammates who are very hard-working and motivated young women. They have been a big part of changing the name of Sulphur Springs volleyball and who have worked hard to get this program to the next level. I hope and pray that all they do in their future endeavors is blessed and that they know how much they will be missed.”
The Lady Cats beat Marshall in  25-23, 13-25, 13-25, 25-19, and 15-8 in earlier district action in Marshall.
