From Staff Reports
ROYSE CITY — As good as another District 19-4A win felt, this one was even more special.

Not only did Tony Bravo score, but he set the all-time goals scored record at Sulphur Springs with 67 for his career.
He has scored 19 goals this year after getting 31 as a junior, scoring 15 as a sophomore and 2 as a freshman.
“Tony Bravo scored the first goal in the second half and was assisted by Jose Garcia. The second goal came with 25 seconds left in the game. Jose Garcia got fouled in the box and he took the penalty kick for us and scored it,” said Andy Holt, Sulphur Springs head boys soccer coach. “It was a  good game for us, we won 2-0. Royse City has a good team.  Bravo now has the record for most goals in a career. It is well-deserved for a great kid and player.”
