Notes of Sulphur Springs record-breaking game

MOUNT PLEASANT – In a record-breaking game, senior running back Buddy Ivery had the biggest individual record. Ivery broke the school single-game rushing record by running for 309 yards on 24 carries.
That breaks the mark set by Chris Person, who had 307 yards against Greenville in 2005 and 306 yards against Mount Pleasant that same year.
