TO: Gloria Arriaga Escobedo, and to all whom it may concern, Respondent(s);

You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the Clerk who issued the Citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday Next following the expiration of twenty days after you were served this citation and petition, a default Judgement may be taken against you.

The petition of Noe Lopes Escobedo, Petitioner, was filed in the Court of Hopkins County, Texas, on the 21st day of May, 2009, against Gloria Arriaga Escobedo, Respondent, numbered CV39102 and entitiled ‘In the Matter of Marriage of Noe Lopes Escobedo and Gloria Arriaga Escobedo.

The suit requests:

That the Court Grant a Divorce and such Other Relief Requested in the Petition.

The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgement or decree dissolving the marriage and providing for the division of property which will be binding on you.

The Sulphur Springs Fire Department is accepting sealed bids to purchase 8 pairs of structural firefighting garment. The structural firefighting garment must meet NFPA 1971, 2008 edition requirements. Garment specifications are PTFE-Laminate Aramid,  Crosstech 100% Aramid Quilt Chambray Pure (D) Thermal, Advance Nomex Tan in color. All interested suppliers should turn in their sealed bids at 125 S. Davis St., Attn: Gale Roberts. Outside envelope should be clearly marked bid for Structural Firefighting Garment. Sealed bids will be opened on June 8, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
