Members of the Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on February 17, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. and the Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a Public Hearing on February 18, 2014 at 5:30 P.M. at 125 South Davis Street. The hearings will be conducted to consider the following:

 

Final Plat - Heritage Business Park: A request by Sulphur Springs Hopkins County EDC to plat 100 acres +/- bounded by CR3503, CR3502, CR3501 and Railroad into four lots.

 

Zoning Case No. V140201: A request by Owner/Tim Kealty to rezone property located at the 400 Block of Wildcat Way, being further described as Lot 12, Blk 208-1 from Single Family (SF) to Heavy Commercial (HC).
