NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of SHELDON LEONARD LIEBERMAN, Deceased, were issued on January 7, 2014, under Docket No. P13-13653, pending in the County Court of Hopkins County, Texas, to: ANN HALL LIEBERMAN.

Claims may be presented to ANN HALL LIEBERMAN at her address at 104 Cedar Springs, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482, or, WILLIAM MCDOWELL Attorney of SMITH MCDOWELL GINN, P.O. Box 493, Sulphur Springs, Texas 75483.

All persons having claims against this Estate which is currently being administered are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.

Notice of opportunity to make comment or request a public hearing is hereby given by the Ark-Tex Council of Governments Rural Transit District on the continuation of rural public transportation services within rural Bowie, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Morris, Red River and Titus Counties in Texas.  Financial assistance to provide this service will be sought from the Federal Transit Administration and the Texas Department of Transportation.  Services will be for the general public, will be demand-response in the above referenced Counties and deviated route service within the city limits of Mount Pleasant located in Titus County. Fares will be charged for this service.  Written comments or a written request for a public hearing are being accepted at Ark-Tex Council of Governments, P.O.
