Application has been made with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission in accordance with the provisions of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code for a Restaurant Mixed Beverage Permit with a Food ad Beverage Certificate, and a Cartage Permit, by  Layman/Cole L.L.C. dba Bayou Jack’s Cajun Grill, located at 113 Gilmer Street, Suite A, Sulphur Springs, Hopkins County, Texas, 75482. Members of Said L.L.C. are Jack L. Layman, and Kevin C. Cole.
