Proposing entities must be able to perform audits as listed under the requirements for OMB Circular A-133, A-122, A-110 and be familiar with Government Auditing Standards issued under the Single Audit Act of 1984.

Proposal packets must include a statement of qaulification; list of past clients, qualifications of all auditors who will be or may be assigned to this audit, and breakdown of charges related to audit procedure. PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ENGINEERING SERVICES Texas Department of Public Safety Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
Hopkins County is seeking to enter into an engineering services contract with a State registered engineer for engineering services for a 2013 Community Development grant from the Texas Department of Public Safety- Hazard Mitigation Grant Project for a Drainage Improvements project for Hopkins County Precinct 1.
Any firm desiring to be considered for this project and having the capabilities for this work shall submit three (3) copies of proposals containing information on the qualifications and experience of the firm. Proposals received will be reviewed against the following criteria:
1. The firm s prior experience and understanding and interpretation of project requirements and familiarity with federal rules and regulations of the Community Development Grant Program and T exas Department of Public Safety Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
2. Experience with drainage projects of similar type and scope. 3. Professional experience of the project professional, and the availability of adequate staff and resources to complete the project.
Deadline for submission of qualifications is 4:00 pm. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. All proposals shall be submitted to Hopkins County Judge, PO Box 288, Sulphur Springs, TX 75483 or physical address 118 Church, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482, prior to and clearly marked RFQ 2014-001 Engineering Services .
