THE STATE OF TEXAS NOTICE BY PUBLICATION

NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of forty-two days after the date of issuance of this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you.”

LEGAL NOTICE

The North East Texas Workforce Development Board dba Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas invites all Educational Institutions and Training Providers to submit applications for initial eligibility under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). The organization serves Bowie, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Morris, Red River, and Titus counties.

Effective January 1, 2000, it is a requirement for institutions providing training/educational services to adults in Northeast Texas receiving benefits under WIA to be certified and included on the State of Texas Eligible Training Provider list. This list will be the source of training provider information used by WIA customers and Northeast Texas staff in the development of an individual employment plan.

This certification process is automated and user friendly. To submit an application, access the web address http://www.twc.state.tx.us/boards/wia/tpcs/ etpc.html. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. For additional information, contact Workforce Solutions at
