To the Registered Voters of Yantis, Texas:

Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on May 11, 2013, for voting in an election to elect twoYantis ISD trustees.

On Election Day, voters must vote in their precint where registered to vote. Location of Polling Places: Front lobby of Imogene Glenn Elementary Building. Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at Yantis I.S.D. Administration office, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. beginning on April 29, 2013 and ending

on May7, 2013. Applications for ballot by mail shall be

mailed to: Kristi Beech, 105 W. Oak St, Yantis, TX 75497.

Applications for ballots by mail must be received no later than the close of business on May 3, 2013.

The Franklin County Commissionerís Court has selected MMI General Contractors, Inc. of Weatherford, Texas as the Construction Manager-as-Constructor for the Stage Two, Phase Two Interior Restoration for the Franklin County Courthouse located in Mount Vernon, Texas.

MMI General Contractors, Inc. is soliciting sub-contractor bids for this project. The scope generally consists of: limited demolition and new interior; plumbing fixtures, electrical, mechanical, elevator modernization, fire protection, concrete, millwork, terrazzo, tile, carpet, plaster and

paint. There will be a pre-bid meeting at 10:00

A.M. on Monday April 15, 2013 in the Commissionerís Courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse, 200 North Kaufman Street, Mount Vernon, Texas. It is highly recommended that a representative from your company be in attendance. Sealed bids will be received until :00 PM Thursday, April 25, 2013.All bids are to be delivered to:

The Hopkins County Commissioners Court will accept sealed bids until 9:00 AM, Friday April 19, 2013 in the County Judge’s office for the Purchase of a USED 1990 or NEWER DUMP TRUCK for Hopkins County. Specifications are
