Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on January 20, 2009 at 7:30 P.M. in the Municipal Building at 125 South Davis Street. The hearing will be conducted to consider the following:
Final Plat Guaranty Bond Bank Addition: A request by Guaranty Bond Bank/Craig Roberts to replat property located on the West side of Gilmer between Hodge Spence and Fisher Streets, being further described as Lots 22-C, 27-B, 17, 21, 28, 18, 31, Block 36-2 and Lot 2, Block 36 2-2.
Zoning Case No. 090101: A request by Owner/Dan Gleason to rezone property located at 1415, 1419, and 1423 Church Street, being further described as Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block 411 from Single Family (SF-6) to Professional Office (PO).
