WHEREAS, a request has been received by owner Wayne Cooper to rezone property located at the corner of South Hillcrest and Main Street, being further described as Lots 3 and 4 of Block 101, from Light Commercial (LC) to Heavy Commercial (HC).
WHEREAS, the boundaries of the new district are delineated on the City of Sulphur Springs map which is designed as the “Zoning District Map” together with all notations, reference, and information is hereby adopted and made a part of this ordinance as though the same were adopted full herein.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED
by the City Council of the City of Sulphur Springs, Texas, that the above tract of land be changed to Heavy Commercial (HC) from Light Commercial (LC).
IT IS SO ORDAINED.
