The City of Cumby has for sale three (3) vehicles that will be auctioned by sealed bid only.
1. 2009 Yamaha Raider, 1900cc 6,000 miles
2. 2002 Ford Expedition, Eddie Bauer Edition 129,930 miles
3. 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe, 4x4 2 door 209,000 miles
These vehicles are being auctioned as is, where is, with all faults and defects. There is no warranty expressed or implied. These are seized vehicles.
Your bid must include name, address, and a good daytime phone number along with the amount of your bid. These vehicles are ride and drive ready. The City of Cumby is in possession of clear Texas titles and will be transferred to buyer upon payment.

Vehicles can be viewed across from City Hall, 100 E. Main, Cumby, Texas. The City of Cumby reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
Biding opens Friday, October 18, 2013 at 8:00 A.M. Biding closes on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. Bids will be opened immediately after close.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
TO DISCUSS THE SULPHUR SPRINGS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT STATE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY RATING
Sulphur Springs Independent School District will hold a public meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2013, in the Sulphur Springs ISD Administration Building Board Room, 631 Connally Street, Sulphur Springs, Texas.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Sulphur Springs Independent School District rating on the School FIRST (Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas).
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office has impounded a brown female horse with a white stripe on her face from the area of 3246 CR 4574 on 10/05/2013 in Hopkins County.
