Funeral services for Margie Ruth Martin Hall, 63, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, at First Baptist Church of Sulphur Springs with Dr. David Hardage, Dr. Bill Anderson and Rev. Fred Lewis officiating.

Interment will follow in Martin Springs Cemetery with William Hooten, Tommy Glenn, Brit Fisher, Brian Mathes, Rodney Keller and Bruce Welch serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at West Oaks Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hall passed away Thursday, Aug. 6, 2009, at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Hall was born on April 9, 1946, in Sulphur Springs, the daughter of John Bunish and Margie Cavanaugh Martin.

She married Kenneth Hall on Jan. 21, 1962, in McKinney, Texas. He survives.

Mrs. Hall was the maintenance supervisor at First Baptist Church for over 27 years.

She is also survived by one son, James Hall of Birthright; two daughters, Sandy Crouch and husband Richard of Birthright, and Cindy Mathes and husband Mark of Pottsboro; two brothers, John Martin and wife Sherry of Birthright and Jim Martin of Austin; one sister, Judith Shelton and wife Jerry of Birthright; and 11 grandchildren, Leslie Renae Crouch, Cody Clay Crouch, Chelsey Brooke Crouch, Sean Mathes, Ashlin Nicole Mathes, Brooklyn Kate Mathes, Dawson Lane Mathes, Tana Nicole Hall, Christina Danielle Hall, Mattie Lynn Hall and Conner Lawerence Hall.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
