Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park with John Hooks, Rodney Clower, Toby Williams, Cale Kids, Eric Posey, Jimmy Horton, Marlin Jones and Randy McDaniel serving as pallbearers. Michael Posey will serve as honorary pallbearer.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, March 9, at the funeral home.
Jessmia Williams died Saturday morning, March 7, at Carriage House Manor.
She was born in Louisiana on Aug. 28, 1921, the daughter of Floyd McDaniel and Clara Wynigear McDaniel.
She married Tomie Williams in Como on Nov. 21, 1938. He preceded her in death in 1972.
Mrs. Williams was a retired cafeteria worker for Sulphur Springs Independent School District. She was a member of League Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include one daughter, Jane Posey; three sons, Ben Williams and Wayne Williams, both of Sulphur Springs, and Tomie Williams Jr. of Mineola; 10 grandchildren, Cheryl Hooks, Melissa Clower, Heather Williams, Jennifer Kids, Toby Williams, Michael Posey, Eric Posey, Michelle Ingram, Angie Gamblin and Sarah Williams; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
