Funeral services for Debbie Griner Eppars, 58, of Como will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel in Sulphur Springs with Bro. Leo Wisniewski officiating.

Interment will follow at Connor Cemetery in Dike with Gerald Wilburn, Johnny Carter, Greg Hoelscher, Lyle Wright, Kevin Keen, Zack Bass, Stacy Malone and Mike Nixon serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are her nephews, Bobby Joe Griner, Joshua Alkire, Jeremy Alkire, Jason Alkire and Jeffrey Couch.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at West Oaks Funeral Home.

Mrs. Eppars went to be with the Lord Monday, Dec. 9, 2013 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.

She was born Sept. 30, 1955, in Dallas, the daughter of Jobie and Patsy (Ray) Griner.

She married Felton Wayne Eppars Jr. on May 27, 1984. in Sulphur Springs. He survives.

Mrs. Eppars was a 1974 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School.

She worked for several years delivering auto parts for Price Ford and O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sulphur Springs before becoming a homemaker in 2006. She was of the Baptist faith.

Other survivors include two daughters, Candace Williams and Bubba Ball of Cumby and Emily Williams Simpson and husband, Charley, of Greenville; two sisters, Eda Mae Davis of Idaho and Lynda Weems of Como; grandchildren Dixie Cregg, Mason Brown, Alycen Cregg, Garland Cregg and Coehn Simpson.

She was preceded in death by a son, PFC Christopher Ryan Williams; father Jobie Griner; brother Joey Griner; and nephew Joey Dixon.
