Funeral service for Jerry Wayne Vititow Jr., 51, of Sulphur Springs will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, at Lake Highlands Baptist Church with the Rev. James Edge officiating.
Interment will follow at Richland Cemetery in the Brinker community with Larry Vititow, Budge Vititow, Robert Vititow, Chuck Vititow, Michael Vititow, Jeff Bledsoe, Eddie Morton, Donald Sims and Leslie Hrabal serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, at West Oaks Funeral Home.
Mr. Vititow died Monday, Aug. 12, 2013, at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born on Feb. 8, 1962, in Sulphur Springs to Jerry Wayne Sr. and Jean Baucum Vititow.
He married Michelle Mitchell on Feb. 24, 2007, in Hopkins County. She survives.
He drove a truck for more than 31 years.
He is also survived by his parents; a son, Justin Vititow of North Dakota; daughters Jennifer Ward and husband, Greg, of Dallas, Amanda Bailey and husband, Jason, of Campbell and Tamara Vititow of Sulphur Springs; sister Janet Austin and husband, Stanley, of Oklahoma; and grandchildren Londyn Vititow of Sulphur Springs and Brian and Shelby Bailey of Campbell.
Arrangements are under the direction of West Oaks Funeral Home.
