She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was a talented artist of many crafts. As the founder and program director of the Lafourche Parish Alcoholism and Family Counseling Program, she took in and cared for many recovering alcoholics and their families along with her husband, Tom. She loved her weekly card games, bingo and pokeno group. Special thanks to Dr. Gerard Falgoust for his many years of devoted care and the incredible nursing staff at River West Medical Center who made her last birthday so special.
