Funeral services for Lola Rea Ogle, 87, of Yantis have been scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, May 11, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with the Rev. Byron George and the Rev. Perry Crisp officiating.  

Pallbearers include Scott Ogle, Chad Ogle, Corey Ogle, Tanner Ogle, Colby Ogle, Brodie Ogle, Michael Burnett and Hunter Burnett, with grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren serving as honorary pallbearers. 

Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, May 10, at the funeral home.

She died Wednesday May 8, 2013, at her residence in Yantis.

Lola Rea Ogle was born in Wood County, the daughter of Dewitt and Mary Marinda Massey.  

She married Ernest Ogle in Yantis on March 30, 1946. He preceded her in death in 1986.  

She was retired from H. D. Lee Co. and was a member of County Line Baptist Church. 

Survivors include  a daughter, Norma Johnson and husband, Wendell, of Yantis; son Bobby Ogle and wife, Carolyn, of Yantis; sisters Betty Burnett of Yantis and Louise Crump of Emory; grandchildren Scott and Shelly Ogle, Chad and Brenda Ogle, Corey and Ann Ogle, Tanner and Lacey Ogle, Amber and Michael Burnett, Marla and Dane Demontigny, Jay and Rosemary Johnson, and Becky Long; great-grandchildren Hunter, Colten and Ashten Burnett, Colby, Brodie, Courtney, Bryce, Zach, Lane, Dakota, Montana and Colorado Ogle, Christopher Borel, Brandon Doughtery, Cody Johnson, Jason Long, Ryan Long, Lauryn Demontigny, Austin Demontigny and Shelby Walker; and great-great-grandchildren, Riley and Colson Ogle. 

She was preceded in death by one infant son, Donald Ray Ogle; three brothers, E. J. Massey, Tom Massey and Cletis Massey; three sisters, Faye Adair, Dorene Morgan and Beth Ogle; and one great-grandchild, Casey Ogle.
