Graveside services for Charlie H. Winchester, 67, of Sulphur Springs, formerly of Centerville, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at the New Salem Cemetery in the Centerview community of Leon ounty.
Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 22, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Walters Funeral Home in Centerville.
Grady, Dustin, Charles, Charlie, Denton and Nathan Winchester will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Winchester died Wednesday, Feb. 20, in Dallas.
Charlie H. Winchester was born on May 15, 1945, in Centerville, to Dee Jerry and Hattie Mae (Kuhn) Winchester.
He graduated from Milford High School in Milford. He worked for Hill Grain as a truck driver and was a member of the Cross Country Cowboy Church. Mr. Winchester had been a resident of Sulphur Springs for the past 46 years, coming from Milford.
Survivors include four sons, Dustin Winchester and wife, Stephanie, of Sulphur Springs, Grady Winchester and wife, Kim, of Sulphur Springs, Charles Winchester and wife, Donna, of Dallas and Charlie Winchester Jr. and wife, Karen, of Syracuse, Kan.; one daughter, Paula Winchester of Denver, Colo.; one brother, John Dee Winchester of Centerville; one sister, Alma Winchester of Leroy; 15 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Mr. Winchester was preceded in death by both of his parents and two brothers, Norman and Merle Winchester.
Walters Funeral Home in Centerville is in charge of all arrangements.
