Funeral services for Robin P. Hood, 38, of Sulphur Springs will be held Saturday, Nov. 24, at 2 p.m. at New Beginnings Fellowship with the Rev. Harold Nash officiating.
Interment will follow at East Caney Cemetery with Kelvin Debase, Gilbert Rowland, Van Harrison, George Ransome, Benjamin Askew Jr. and Vincent Ransome serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Gerald Palmer, Tony Taylor, Jo Don Dial, and Thomas Taylor Jr.
Visitation will be held at the church prior to service.
Robin Hood died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012.
She was born July 24, 1947, in Sulphur Springs, the daughter of Debra Williams.
She married Marcus Hood on May 14, 1999, in Sulphur Springs. He survives.
Mrs. Hood worked as a nurse aide and was affiliated with the New Beginnings Fellowship Church.
Other survivors include two daughters, Telluhah Bozeman and LaCosha Hood; son Marquis Hood; parents, Debra Edwards and Tim Merrell; and grandmother Blanche Petty, all of Sulphur Springs.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, O.D. and Jessie Williams; and grandfather Ralph Petty.
Arrangements are under the direction of Tapp Funeral Home.
