Funeral services for Martha Reynolds, 69, of Sulphur Springs will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Debbie
Riggsby officiating and Jason Dietze assisting.
Burial will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park with Jim Johnson, Randy Hall, Gene Allen, Fred Moseley Jr., Billy Dickson and Gene Watson serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the First United Methodist Church Messenger’s Class.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, at West Oaks Funeral Home.
Mrs. Reynolds died Wednesday, Feb. 4, at East Texas Medical Center of Tyler.
Martha Reynolds was born in Sulphur Springs on Oct. 30, 1939, the daughter of R.O. “Buddy” and Mandy Dickson Moseley.
She married Arthur Reynolds on Feb. 2, 1958, in Sulphur Springs. He survives.
Mrs. Reynolds was a school secretary for the Sulphur Springs Independent School District for more than 24 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include her mother, Mandy Moseley of Sulphur Springs; one son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Maleta Reynolds of Sulphur Springs; one daughter, Susan Diane Reynolds of Sulphur Springs; and two granddaughters, Haley and Emily Reynolds.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Memorials may be made the American Cancer Society or to First United Methodist Church.
