Funeral services for Linda Ann Pace, age 61, of Sulphur Bluff, are scheduled for Friday, July 20, 2012, at 3:30 p.m. at the Sulphur Bluff Assembly of God. Bro. Jake Jones and Bro. Paul Newby will officiate.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 19, 2012, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Sam Harvey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.
    Serving as pallbearers will be: Koby Hume, Toby Hume, Cody Adams, Tanner Roberts, Trevor Roberts, and Glen Fox.
    Mrs. Pace passed away at her residence, at approximately 12:35 a.m., Tuesday, July 17, 2012. She was born on August 3, 1950, in Deport, Texas, the daughter of J.D. and Alice Sanders. She was an active member of the Sulphur Bluff Assembly of God church where she taught Sunday School. She was employed by Sulphur Bluff Independent School District until November 2011. Everyone that knew Linda was drawn to her magnetic smile, sweet spirit, and her love of life. She was always an encourager to everyone she met. Linda was a great Christian woman whom everyone respected and loved.
    Linda is survived by her husband of over 32 years, James (Butch) Pace, of Sulphur Bluff; her daughters, Sharon Adams of Conroe, Texas; Karen Andrews and husband Scott, of Omaha, Texas; Vania Flowers and husband Jason, of Sulphur Bluff, Texas; Shaunda Lewis and husband Charles Don, of Bogata, Texas; Tonya Collier and husband Bill, of Bagwell, Texas; and her son, Jeff Stevens and Robin Crowson of Sulphur Springs, Texas. She is also survived by her mother, Alice Ann Sanders, of Sulphur Bluff, Texas; her sister, Kay Harvey, of Sulphur Bluff; and brother and sister-in-law, Joey and Rachel Sanders also of Sulphur Bluff, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, J.D. Sanders of Sulphur Bluff, Texas.
    Linda is also survived by 13 grandchildren, Johnathon Andrews, Brittany Andrews, Cody Adams, Niki Hawkins, Breann Lewis, Dylan Flowers, Trista Flowers, Trevor Roberts, Tanner Roberts, Taylor Collier, Jodi Collier, Mason Collier, and Reni Collier; one great grandchild, Maddison (Maddy) Newby; and many friends and relatives.
    Arrangements are with Sam Harvey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon.
