Funeral services for Ronald Wayne McKinney, 69, of Yantis will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, in Lake Fork Baptist Church with the Rev. Perry Krisp officiating.  Military graveside honors will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park with Brian Belmonte, Allen Cabreros, Mike Kenney, Shane Rose, Bob Stevenson and David Allen serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, at West Oaks Funeral Home.

Mr. McKinney died Saturday, Jan. 10, at East Texas Medical Center in Quitman.

He was born in Tulsa, Okla. on March 14, 1939, the son of Charles Arthur and Daisy Marie Cloud McKinney.

He married Carmelita Belmonte on Aug. 23, 1982, in Bangkok, Thailand. She survives.

Mr. McKinney retired from the United States Air Force and after his retirement went to work for the National Security Agency. He was a member of Lake Fork Baptist Church.

Other survivors include two sons, Patrick McKinney of Tyler and Arthur McKinney of Tulsa, Okla.; two daughters, Amanda McKinney of Yantis and Carey Ramsby of Tulsa, Okla.; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
