Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 29, at Tapp Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jacks died Sunday, Dec. 28, at her residence.
Audrey Fay Carpenter was born July 18, 1946, in Hopkins County, the daughter of Hardy C. Carpenter and Elizabeth Shreves Carpenter.
She married Jack Weber. He preceded her in death. She later married Kenneth Ray Jacks in January of 2000. He survives.
Mrs. Jacks was a retired secretary, having been employed by V.W.R. Supply Co. for many years. She was a member of Fellowship Christian Church of Sulphur Springs.
Other survivors include one step-son, John Weber; one step-daughter, Paula Patrick; three brothers, Hardy Carpenter Jr. of Irving, Harlon Carpenter and wife, Elaine, of Sulphur Springs, and Luther Creamer and wife, Ethel, of Como; and one sister, Barbara Carpenter Dunavin.
Mrs. Jacks was preceded in death by her parents and one step-son, Patrick Weber.
