New building code not getting results – yet

It has been four months since the city of Sulphur Springs replaced the International Building Code [IBC] with the International Existing Building Code [IEBC].

The Festival, held in Denton on April 14, gives awards in the category of fiction, non-fiction and children's book every year based on content, design and writing.
