Fun, food, fitness

Forty-two kids went home from 4-H camp Friday sopping wet, with smiles and a bag full of loot. Participants spent the final hours of “Kids’ Camp: Fun, Food, Fitness” splashing and sliding in the sun at Jerry’s Jump Zone, in celebration of another successful year.

Campers met three mornings a week for three weeks at Sulphur Springs Elementary to learn about the five main food groups and food safety, and participate in physical and fun activities. Only students in grades 1-4 may participate in Kids Camp.
