Municipal offices to close at 1 p.m. Thursday for funeral of city of Sulphur Springs worker who died on the job

The offices of the city of Sulphur Springs will close at 1 p.m. Thursday to allow staff and other employees to attend funeral services for longtime employee Francisco “Frankie” Javier Melendez, who died on the job Wedndesday, March 12.
