Of the more than 21,000 registered voters in Hopkins County, less than 5 percent of that number cast ballots by the end of early voting last Friday.


Yantis HS seniors earn $30,000 in scholarshiptis

Yantis High School recognized several students in grades six through 12 for academic and UIL achievements as well as perfect attendance last Thursday. Seniors also went home with more than $30,000 in scholarships presented during the annual awards assembly at the school.
