The old Soviet regime had the right idea. So did former First Lady and current Senator Hillary Clinton. China has been on board and even President John F. Kennedy made a plea.
The idea is redistribution of one's self. And it is a wonderful thing — if the implementation is correct.
Earlier this year, the federal government, in an effort to help consumers through the muddy waters of a declining economy, put into law restrictions on credit card companies and those company's ability to change interest rates.
