Nehemiah Foundation Breaks Ground on First Low-Income Housing Project

The Nehemiah Foundation’s officers and board members break ground on the first project in the non-profit organization’s low-to-moderate income housing program Friday on Davis Street. The event marks the beginning of housing construction under the Nehemiah Foundation’s Community Development program. Among those on hand for the milestone moment were TNF secretary Michelle Ivery, TNF Board President Ronnie Bell, TNF Chief Executive Officer Valanderous Bell, a Jay Johnson of Johnson Construction, TNF board member John Cooper, Sulphur Springs Mayor Gary Spraggins and TNF board member Kerry Wright.
