Starting at 6 p.m. a rose table, kissing booth and photo booth will open. Roses will be available for from the rose table. The kissing booth will offer a special treat for $2; don’t worry, sweet treats are in store for your honey, not smooching. At the photo booth, couples can have a photo made for a $5 donation, then pick them up within 30 minutes.

Also starting at 6 p.m., married couples can sign up to renew their vows, with Hopkins County Judge Robert Newsom officiating, at the “marriage renewal and cake table.” For a $35 donation, couples can renew their vows, enjoy a buggy ride, receive a certificate of renewal and a rose for the bride. Couples wanting to renew wows are asked to contact Deb’s Dream Team members Joshewha Wilburn at 903-689-6250 to schedule a time.

A scavenger hunt will also begin at 6 p.m. at the photo booth. A camera phone is needed; the hunt is expected to take about 15 minutes for all items to be found. The cost to participate is $10 per person. A prize will be given.

Starting at 7 p.m., TV-O-Grams will be shown. To have a free TV-O-Gram shown on the large screen downtown, email a message for a loved one exactly as it should appear to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. In addition to offering a fun Valentine’s Day outing for couples, Kiss it to Cancer also will be raising funds for RFL and the American Cancer Society. A RFL table will allow cancer survivors to register for RFL, scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Friday, May 16, downtown, for free. People will also be able to donate $5 for luminaries to be lit in honor or memory of loved ones during the luminary ceremony.
