Filing begins Feb. 6 for city, hospital elections - Three seats open on city council, two on hospital board

The filing period for a position on the Sulphur Springs City Council ballot and for the board of directors of Hopkins County Memorial Hospital District will open on Monday, Feb. 6, and continue through Monday, March 5.
