Repair work limits courthouse access

Less than 10 years after the Hopkins County Courthouse was restored, scaffolding has gone up around the historic structure in preparation for work to repair the leaks that developed in roof after the restoration, as well as pulling off the balconies and repairing damage the leaking water has caused.
