Rain! We measured 4.1 inches as of Tuesday afternoon. Love it. Water everywhere. I had never seen it over our dock, but it made it this time.

Hoping Barbara and Sonny Stewart are home real soon. I heard Barbara fell and broke her foot. Praying for a fast recovery.

Brashear made the news with the damage done to the Gafford trailer. Hope they get everything protected real soon.

The Brashear Baptist Church Youth Fundraiser is on March 31. There will be a stew and chili feast with an auction afterward. Come on out and support our youths. The money raised will be for camp this summer.

We heard a saying that “if the pecan trees haven't leafed out it means that we are due another frost.” Hope we get by without one more freeze this year — we have so much up on the garden and don't want to lose anything.

I would like to know if everyone else is having a lot of ducks on their pools. Mike Moore's pool next door to us has a lot of ducks.

Beth Wisenbaker, we hope you are doing a lot better after your accident.
