North East Texas Choral Society: In 15 seasons, singers have become ‘family’

This year marks the 15th anniversary of North East Texas Choral Society. On Saturday and Sunday, they will be in performance with their production of “A Dickens Christmas” at Hopkins County Regional Civic Center.


‘WKRL’ opens for two week run Dec. 6 at Main Street Theatre

    The Community Players will present “WKRL,” a radio adaptation of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol,” beginning at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6.

Award-winning Elvis tribute artist Josh Davis will present a Christmas concert Saturday, Dec. 8 at the antique auction building, located at 1130 Shannon Road. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the show beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 at the door. Children 12 and under are $5. Call 903-885-3955 to reserve tickets.
