Two chances to enjoy live theater

“Cinderella” cast members (at left) line the stage at the Hopkins County Regional  Civic Center Auditorium in rehearsals for the  Shining Star Productions show, which opens Friday at 7 p.m. “Cinderella” will also be performed Saturday, July 21, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, July 22, at 2:30 p.m. A special performance by a younger cast will be performed Saturday, July 21. The cast of the Community Players’ “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” (at right) rehearses at Main Street Theatre for their play, which will be performed at 7 p.m. July 19, 20 and 21 as well as a 2 p.m. show Sunday, July 22.
